The New York Giants drafted offensive tackle Evan Neal from the Alabama Crimson Tide seventh overall in the 2022 NFL Draft. Neal was supposed to be one of the best offensive linemen from that draft class but for some reason he never turned out to be a star for the Giants.

He hasn’t played in a single game this season for New York. Neal is only 25 years old. Maybe a change of scenery will help him. According to Josina Anderson, she reported, “I’m told the#Giants would like to trade G Evan Neal “today,” per league source.” There could be a couple of teams interested in trading for him. However, it appears as if no one may not want to trade for him.

There are a lot of Giants fans who want to see Neal traded. With that being said, they have some mixed emotions about what could potentially transpire during the NFL trade deadline on Tuesday. This is what some New York fans had to say on Twitter about the reports of the team looking to trade Neal by the end of today:

If the Giants are able to trade him away for anything, the fanbase would be happy that they could be getting something back for him. If they don’t trade him away, Neal will be gone at the end of the season anyways.
