Liverpool’s right-back dilemma appears to be solved.
The Reds may have just played the best game of their season so far, with a 1-0 win over Real Madrid giving them back-to-back victories in the Champions League.
All of Liverpool’s players showed up when it mattered most, with the results certainly deserved given how well they worked as a team.

One star who stood out above the rest was Conor Bradley, with the Northern Irishman having one of his best games in a Liverpool shirt.
With all the talk being around Trent Alexander-Arnold at the start of the game, one player who may be a little worried will be Jeremie Frimpong.

Conor Bradley was Liverpool’s best player
The man of the match award may have gone to Alexis Mac Allister due to the Argentine scoring the goal, but Bradley was by far the best player on the pitch for the Reds.
He won all three of his tackles, with most being big ones that got the crowd up too, produced two clearances and made seven recoveries.
He also won seven of his 12 ground duels and made one key pass, with his all-round game on display on the biggest stage of them all.

Vinicius hardly had a sniff either all evening, with the Brazilian visibly frustrated as he simply could not do anything up against the right-back.

Liverpool fans could not have asked for anyone better to have the best game of their career either with everything said about Alexander-Arnold, and Bradley has proven exactly why the Reds do not need him anyway.
Jeremie Frimpong will be worried
One player who will be worried more than most is Jeremie Frimpong, with Bradley looking like he has made this position his own from now on.
The Dutchman is currently injured so he is helpless right now, meaning that Bradley’s excellent performance only means that he is less likely to get a chance later down the line.
Frimpong is expected back soon after the international break, so the Northern Irishman will get a few more games at least to cement his place further.
Either way, Bradley has shown his worth yet again and if he kicks on from here, he could become one of the best in the league rather comfortably.
