Clarets fans have regularly complained about the difficulties they face purchasing tickets, especially for away games.
Whether it’s an unreliable website, tickets already being sold to members or tickets only being released in batches, the problem is one that won’t go away.
Other common complaints relate to loyalty points, the club’s database, when tickets go on sale and tickets not arriving or being delivered to the wrong address.
The issue was recently brought up at the fan forum, where Pace was told how much of a frustrating process it can be.
In response, the Clarets chairman revealed it was an issue relating to technology, one that requires some “time” and “money” to solve.

“Now we have to re-think that, if we’re well and truly going to make the investment of really going different to really head towards what I’m saying, then you have to think about that experience in a very different way to what I’ll call have nickeled and dimed it. We’ve kind of put pieces together and not gotten what we should have out of it.”
