Everton are interested in Midtjylland striker Franculino Dju as David Moyes considers more attacking additions.
Everton drew 1-1 at Sunderland on Monday night, leaving David Moyes somewhat frustrated.
The Toffees took an early lead through Iliman Ndiaye, but couldn’t kick on and were pegged back by Granit Xhaka’s equaliser.
Everton should have been 2-0 up, but Thierno Barry managed to miss from inside the six-yard box.
Barry’s poor finish really cost Everton, and we are bound to see striker rumours emerge ahead of January.

Franculino Dju back in form amid Everton interest
Barry only joined Everton over the summer, making a move from Villarreal.
The Frenchman doesn’t look ready for Premier League action just yet, and Beto hasn’t fared much better.
Moyes may keep tabs on other potential signings in attack, with FC Midtjylland’s Franculino Dju on the radar.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Everton have looked at Franculino ahead of the January transfer window, having impressed in Denmark’s top flight.
Franculino started the season in blistering form, smashing eight goals in his first five games.
The Guinea-Bissau international then endured a lean stretch with no goals in four games, leading some to wonder whether his early season brilliance was just a purple patch.
Franculino scored against Aarhus on Monday night, meaning he has now scored five times in his last four outings.
Franculino has rediscovered his goalscoring touch, and has now racked up 13 goals in 13 league games this season.
The 21-year-old is a top striking talent, and Everton sent scouts to watch him in action accordign to Danish site Bold.
Bayern Munich and Inter Milan also sent scouts to watch Franculino, who is attracting plenty of interest.
Franculino Dju may not be what Everton need right now
The problem is that Franculino is a raw and inexperienced striker, who needs time to develop his game.
The same goes for Barry, though, and bringing in another young forward may not be the answer right now.
Finding proven goalscorers is difficult at the best of times, but the last thing Everton need is to bring in another young striker who will take time to shine.
The jump from Denmark’s top flight to the Premier League is a huge one, even for a top talent like Franculino.
Everton would be wise to keep tabs on Franculino, but adding him on top of Barry in January just seems to be the wrong formula for this Toffees side.
