Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro have not been able to share the pitch very often since the latter’s move to Chelsea, and this is perhaps why he has not named the Englishman as his greatest ever teammate.
The Club World Cup campaign gave Blues fans a brief glimpse of what they can expect to see from the duo in attack in the years to come at Stamford Bridge.
Pedro admitted he and Palmer already had a strong connection back in July, however they have only started together twice in the Premier League so far.
While there is a big chance that Palmer could become Pedro’s best ever teammate in the coming months, the attacker instead looked to his international career when he selected one player.

Joao Pedro chooses Vinicius Jr over Cole Palmer as his best teammate
Two-time Champions League winner Vinicius Jr has featured for Brazil alongside the Chelsea man, and when asked who is greatest ever teammate was, Pedro named the 25-year-old.
His international goalscoring record is already something that has been called into question, especially when looking at the hot start to life in front of goal Chelsea man Estevao Willian has made for his country.
Estevao averages a national team goal every three appearances, while Vinicius finds the net one out of about every five games.

Chelsea linked with Vinicius Jr
Despite his wavering form for Brazil, there would be very few clubs in the world who would say no to signing Vinicius should he become available.
It has been said that Madrid will sell the winger if he doesn’t sign a new contract before this summer, and it would take one of the elite clubs in the world to convince him.
Chelsea have been linked with Vinicius if he was to leave, however it remains to be seen whether they are willing to sign a new winger after their own busy summer in that department.
Estevao, Alejandro Garnacho and Jamie Gittens all joined the club over the summer, with Geovany Quenda set to join in the summer.
