Chelsea star has already more than tripled his transfer value

[Chelsea](https://chelseanews.com/) owner Todd Boehly loves to sign the best young footballers in the world before they are stars and turn them into superstars, and while he’s had to pay a fair penny to do that with the likes of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, others like Cole Palmer have become superstars at a fraction of the price.

Following in the footsteps of Palmer, winger Estevao Willian is already Chelsea’s next rousing success, as they plucked the underhyped teenage Brazilian sensation from Palmeiras, previously in the shadow of Real Madrid man Endrick, and he is now their leading scorer in the 2025/26 season.

For just 34 million euros, the offseason pick up has been spellbinding in the current campaign, and he’s been arguably the team’s best player in both the Premier League and Champions League, especially with Palmer injured.

The mainstream have caught on, too, as the CIES Football Observatory are already valuing Willian at an insane 103.9 million pounds. Chelsea have performance based bonuses they will happily pay, but the initial guaranteed transfer fee for Estevao to Palmeiras was only 30 million pounds.

That means the CIES Football Observatory think that Chelsea have already more than tripled Estevao’s transfer value in mere months. He is a 100 million pound player at the age of 18, and he’s just getting started.
