Eden Hazard snubs Didier Drogba and John Terry when naming his best Chelsea teammate

Eden Hazard featured alongside some world-class players during his time at Chelsea, including John Terry and Didier Drogba.

Hazard’s quality at Chelsea was clear for all to see, and after several prolific years at Stamford Bridge, the Belgian’s contributions have been recognised.

The former winger was inducted into the Premier League Hall of Fame late last month alongside Gary Neville.

After his induction, John Terry stated that Hazard is Chelsea’s greatest-ever player, a title the former Real Madrid forward has not bestowed on the centre-back in kind.

Instead, during an interview with TNT Sports this week, Hazard snubbed Terry and other Blues legends like Didier Drogba when selecting his best Chelsea teammate.

That honour was given to Frank Lampard, with Jose Mourinho among the other notable names praised by the 34-year-old.

In terms of goal participation, the former Belgium international had the best connection with Willian (16), followed by Cesc Fabregas (13).

He made 149 appearances alongside Terry, but did not combine with the centre-back for a goal.

Hazard and Lampard lined out together 73 times, linking up to score eight goals for Chelsea.

Drogba and the ex-Lille ace featured on 36 occasions for the Blues but only combined for one goal.
