THE Manchester City Carlisle & District Supporters Club have made a 'generous' donation to Eden Valley Hospice.
The Cumbrian Citizens, who organise organise a bus to take local fans to every single home game at the Etihad Stadium, donated £667 to the hospice.
The funds that were donated were the surplus from the club's trips to support their beloved Manchester City.
This was the fourth year in a row that the supporters club have made a donation to the hospice.
After the donation, the hospice was keen to thank the Premier League club's local fans for their support.
A spokesperson for Eden Valley Hospice said: "Shoutout to the Manchester City supporters club who very generously donated £667 towards hospice care.
"They have very kindly donated surplus funds from their trips to games to Eden Valley Hospice for four years in a row.
"Thank you so much, your continued support is greatly appreciated.
"Because of our generous supporters, our patients and families feel supported, cared for, and never alone."
