The Catalan is in his 18th season as one of the most innovative, success-driven managers football has ever seen.
After starting with Barcelona B, he became the Catalan club’s first-team boss in 2008 and oversaw a glittering period in their history, winning two Champions Leagues and three La Liga titles in four seasons.
He then joined Bayern Munich in 2013, claiming the Bundesliga trophy in each of his three years there.
Guardiola became City boss in 2016 already armed with a reputation as the world’s outstanding coach but he has since furthered claims to be one of the best in history with an unprecedented period of dominance in English football.
