NFL bold predictions: NFC North Week 10

The NFC North teams have nine remaining games in the regular season. The division sees one win separating the first-place Packers and fourth-place Vikings. It continues to be the most competitive division in the National Football League and will see a fight for the division crown. Week 10 sees the Bears welcome the Giants, the Vikings at home against the Ravens, the Lions head to Washington, D.C., and the Eagles visit the Packers on Monday Night Football. Here are bold predictions heading into Week 10 in the NFC North.

Chicago enters the week with the 2nd–ranked rushing attack. The Bears welcome a Giants team surrendering the 2nd–most rushing yards per game. If the starting running back is D’Andre Swift or Kyle Monangai, Chicago will establish the run early and dominate New York’s run-stopping. The Bears will finish with 150+ rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns.

Rome Odunze Goes for 100 Yards & One Touchdown

The Giants have been generous to opposing receivers. Last week, wide receiver Rome Odunze failed to secure a target for the first time this season. The second-year wide receiver will bounce back with 100 receiving yards and his first touchdown since week four.

Jahmyr Gibbs Has 100 Yards & Two Touchdowns

Amon-Ra St. Brown Finds the End Zone

The Commanders have allowed the 4th–most passing yards. Sunday afternoon will be a big day for Detroit quarterback Jared Goff and wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown. Jared Goff will light up Washington’s secondary, and Amon-Ra St. Brown will finish the game with his eighth and ninth receiving touchdowns.

Green Bay Packers

Josh Jacobs Scores Another Rushing Touchdown

Green Bay’s matchup with Philadelphia features an Eagles team that has been generous to opposing ground games. Knowing they must establish the run early, the Packers look to Jacobs often. The Green Bay running back finishes the game, adding to his 2nd–highest rushing touchdown total in the league.

The Packers’ Defense Keeps It Close

The Eagles and Packers have played in their fair share of close games. Green Bay’s defense will do its best to contain Philadelphia’s offensive attack. The Packers will lose but keep Monday Night’s game within one possession.

Minnesota Vikings

Aaron Jones Leads the Way

The Vikings weekend tilt with the Ravens features a Baltimore defense that is no stranger to surrendering rushing yards. Last week, Aaron Jones return saw the running back finish with 78 yards on nine carries (8.7 average). Jones will again shoulder the workload in the backfield and finish with 80 yards and one touchdown.

Minnesota Wins on Last-Second Field Goal

Minnesota’s season has been a roller coaster to this point. The team has dealt with injuries in nearly every position. The Vikings are riding high into week ten after defeating division rival Detroit Lions. Minnesota goes toe to toe with Philadelphia and wins on a last-second field goal.
