Randal Kolo Muani has been named in the France squad for upcoming FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifiers this month.
It marks a maiden call-up as a Spurs player after joining us on a season-long loan from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer and a return to the national team for the first time since June.
Following his debut against Villarreal in the UEFA Champions League, the forward was sidelined for a month with a muscle contusion before making his comeback in mid-October and impressed last time out with an assist in our 4-0 win over FC Copenhagen in midweek.

Randal, who has nine goals in 31 caps, has scored in both a World Cup and European Championship semi-final and provided an assist in the 2022 Final asĀ _Les Bleus_ staged a dramatic comeback to draw 3-3 before losing on penalties to Cristian Romero's Argentina in Qatar.
The two-time world champions currently top Group D with 10 points from four games and a victory over second-placed Ukraine at the Parc des Princes on 13 November would book their place in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Didier Deschamps' side then travel to Azerbaijan three days later to conclude the group stage qualifiers.
France are assured of at least a play-off berth based on their Nations League ranking, with England the only European nation already qualified for next summer's major tournament.
