Former Liverpool man Luis Suarez is well-known for some of his antics and downright dangerous behaviour on the football pitch.

While has calmed down in recent years, the Ex-Uruguay striker can still sometimes act on his temper in games.

Earlier this season, during Inter Miami’s devastating 3-0 defeat to the Seattle Sounders in the Leagues Cup final on August 31, Suarez found himself at the center of a brawl that saw multiple altercations unfold on the pitch.

The Leagues Cup swiftly issued a six-match suspension for his conduct, while Major League Soccer followed suit by imposing an additional three-match ban for his actions during the contest.

While Suarez did apologise for his actions, a fresh incident has now emerged during Inter Miami’s playoff encounter against Nashville SC last Sunday.

In the 71st minute of the2-1 defeat, he directed a kicking motion toward Nashville defender Andy Nájar—an off-ball incident that escaped the referee’s immediate attention but did not evade the MLS Disciplinary Committee’s subsequent review.

The committee, acting on its authority to impose post-match sanctions for violent conduct overlooked during live play, handed down a one-match suspension.

The suspension means Suarez misses Inter Miami’s decisive Game 3 playoff encounter against Nashville on Saturday—a match that represents the club’s final opportunity to avoid a first-round elimination.

His latest supsension adds to his extensive disciplinary history—which includes three bans for biting opponents dating back to his time at Ajax, Liverpool, and the Uruguay national team, plus an eight-match suspension for racial abuse allegations in 2011 – Suarez has now reached 35 total suspensions throughout his professional career according to GIVEMESPORT.

Inter Miami faces a crucial night on Saturday in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as they prepare for the decisive Game 3 of their best-of-three MLS Cup playoff series.

The Herons aim to avoid a first-round exit for the second consecutive year
