Manchester United travel to London to face Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday.
The Red Devils have shown huge improvement over the past few weeks, although they were held to a 2-2 draw by struggling Nottingham Forest in their last outing.
Ruben Amorim’s side currently sit eighth in the Premier League standings, while Spurs occupy fifth spot.
Ahead of Saturday’s intriguing game, it has emerged that Man United had been in talks with Spanish giants Real Madrid about a possible move for one of their young stars.
According to CaughtOffside, Man United did hold some initial talks with Real Madrid about a potential move to sign young forward Endrick.
The report claims that the Red Devils were interested in a loan move for the Brazilian, however the Premier League side were keen to include an option-to-buy clause – something which their Spanish counterparts would not entertain.

Endrick, 19, joined Real from Brazilian side Palmeiras in 2024 and has so far scored seven goals n 38 games for the club across all competitions, however he has fallen almost completely out of favour since the arrival of Xabi Alonso as head coach earlier this year.
The Brazilian teenager made his first appearance of the season so far against Valencia on Saturday, being introduced as a late substitute as Alonso’s side cruised to a 4-0 victory.
It is claimed that the young forward could be allowed to depart the Spanish capital in January as he seeks for more regular playing time, but the report claims that the player is now set to join French side Lyon on loan for the remainder of the current campaign.
Endrick’s contract with Real is set to expire in 2030, but the 14-time Brazil international will be desperate to play more regularly during the second half of this season as he bids to secure his place in Carlo Ancelotti’s squad for next summer’s World Cup.
