The Green Bay Packers made the biggest move in the NFL before the start of the season.
Trading for Micah Parsons sent a message about their determination to compete at the highest level.
Even though he got off to a somewhat slow start with his new team, the All-Pro pass rusher is now showing why he was worth everything the Packers gave to the Dallas Cowboys.
Analyst Devin Jackson recently revealed what makes Parsons “even more dangerous” than he seems.
“Packers edge rusher Micah Parsons has the second most QB pressures this season (44) but his ability to rush at multiple spots, including over interior linemen, makes him even more dangerous on obvious passing downs. His gravity opens up opportunities for Rashan Gary and Lukas Van Ness to get one-on-one opportunities,” Jackson wrote on X.

Parsons took the league by storm after he was the No. 12 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, proving to be arguably the best player in his class almost right away.
That wasn’t only because of his physical tools but also because of the way he could line up at linebacker or defensive end and be equally dominant.
He has a great ability to find his way to the quarterback, despite dealing with double teams and uncalled holdings.
He does have to clean up his act in terms of avoiding penalties himself, and he has left something to be desired in big moments in the past.
Yet, his presence for Green Bay has opened up opportunities for everybody else in coordinator Jeff Hafley’s defense, and Parsons is the type of game-changer that turns a very good team into a legitimate Super Bowl contender.
