Luis landed with the Celtics in early August when he was traded from the Utah Jazz in exchange for veteran power forward Georges Niang and a pair of future draft picks. Luis was the Big East Player of the Year award last season after averaging 18.2 points, 7.2 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
