“Will Not Travel”: Indianapolis Colts Already Ruled Out 3x-Pro Bowler

The Indianapolis Colts play against the Atlanta Falcons at Olympic Stadium in Berlin, Germany, for Week 10 of the regular season. One matchup to monitor throughout the game is Atlanta’s talented rushing attack vs. Indianapolis’s stout defensive line. Bijan Robinson is currently tenth in rushing, while the Colts have allowed the ninth-fewest rushing yards and touchdowns this season.

However, the competition could tilt the scales in favor of Atlanta with their Pro Bowlers’ injury.

DeForest Buckner must have suffered a neck injury in Week 9 against the Pittsburgh Steelers despite playing 79% of defensive snaps. The three-time Pro Bowler popped up on Week 10’s injury report and sat out Wednesday and Thursday. The Colts will fly out to Berlin today, and it’s unclear whether Buckner will make the trip.

According to Ian Rapoport, DeForest Buckner will not travel with the team to Berlin, Germany. Therefore, the three-time Pro Bowler will not practice on Friday and has already been ruled out for Week 10 against the Atlanta Falcons. This will be the first game Buckner has missed this season, and the sixth over the past two years.
