Chelsea have 6 of the most valuable teenagers in world football

[Chelsea](https://chelseanews.com/)‘s method of operation under Todd Boehly is to sign the world’s most promising young players, and for as much as that approach was mocked by rival fanbases, it’s clearly started to pay dividends for the Blues.

The latest and greatest acquisition has been that of winger Estevao Willian, who is blowing everyone out of the water at his position in the Premier League in terms of both excitement and production.

Unsurprisingly, the CIES Football Observatory named the Brazilian wunderkind near the top of the list of the most valuable teenagers in world football. In fact, at 104 million pounds, he is second to only second placed Ballon d’Or player Lamine Yamal over at Barcelona.

But Estevao isn’t the only Chelsea teenager in the top 10 either. Fellow winger Geovany Quenda, who will soon officially join from Sporting CP, is also valued incredibly highly at a whopping 74 million pounds.

And still, Chelsea have four more players in the top 100. New defender Jorrel Hato sits at 59 million pounds. Striker Marc Guiu is valued at 39 million pounds. Even Tyrique George and Josh Acheampong are rated highly for their ages at 25 and 23 million pounds, respectively.

And if you ask Chelsea fans, Acheampong will be worth double or triple that soon enough. The Blues have an embarrassment of riches in terms of young talent, and it’s great to see that highlighted in a near official capacity by the prestigious CIES group.
