Everton face Fulham on Saturday, with Raul Jimenez boasting a highly impressive record against the Toffees.

The Mexico international, who had previously played for Wolves, has rediscovered his form at the Cottagers since his move in 2023.

However, this could be bad news for David Moyes, who is now facing Everton sack calls after a poor run of form.

A defeat on Saturday would see Fulham leapfrog the Toffees, with the drop zone edging ever closer.

Raul Jimenez has netted six times against Everton in 10 appearances

Despite now being 34 years old, Jimenez is still proving to be a formidable striker.

MORE TOFFEES STORIES

The Mexican has netted twice so far in all competitions this season, and will be looking to add to his goal tally on Saturday.

Throughout his time in the Premier League, Jimenez has often found the net against Everton, netting six times in 10 appearances. This has resulted in him winning five matches against the Toffees, while only losing two.

Sofascore on 6 November showcase how dominate the striker has been against Everton in recent years, with his 23.1 per cent conversion rate particularly impressive.

His most recent goal came in Everton’s 3-1 victory over Fulham last season, when the Mexican netted the opener.

However, if Jimenez continues this run, and helps the Cottagers to another victory over the Toffees, it will surely edge Moyes closer to the sack.

With the team Everton have, they simply cannot and should not be in a relegation battle. Yet, a defeat would see them slip to at least 15th in the Premier League table, and potentially just two points off the drop zone.

Therefore, Jimenez could prove to be the catalyst behind Moyes’ demise at Everton.

David Moyes faces a terrible run of games after Fulham

Without a victory over Fulham, Everton fans could be waiting a while for a win.

After the November international break, the Toffees will travel to Old Trafford before hosting Newcastle, two terribly difficult matches.

After that, a midweek trip to high-flying Bournemouth follows before Everton face struggling Nottingham Forest on 6 December.

Everton’s upcoming fixtures Date

Everton vs Fulham 8 November

Manchester United vs Everton 24 November

Everton vs Newcastle 29 November

Bournemouth vs Everton 2 December

Everton vs Nottingham Forest 6 December

Everton have a tough fixture list coming up

Therefore, Toffees fans may be waiting until December for their next victory, which would likely see Moyes under heavy pressure if he is not already relieved of his duties.
