Manchester has played host to some iconic moments in City and Liverpool’s fight for the Premier League title, and Sunday’s match-up will likely be no different.

Ahead of the upcoming game, our last 10 collection begins in the 2019/20 campaign when our local lad Phil Foden fired home before an Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain own goal, forced by Raheem Sterling, completed an emphatic 4-0 win.

The following season, Gabriel Jesus’ strike helped City draw 1-1 with Liverpool.

Kevin De Bruyne loved to score against the Reds. In 2021/22, he scored a ranged effort that send the Etihad into a frenzy. Jesus put City ahead but the game would later end in another draw (2-2).

In 2022/23, our Treble-winning season, Jack Grealish teed up Julian Alvarez for a sublime goal to draw City level after Mohamed Salah gave his team the lead.

De Bruyne tapped home Riyad Mahrez’s perfectly placed cross before Ilkay Gundogan made it three. Grealish completed the scoring in a game that would help us secure the PL title.

To complete the list of fantastic goals, Erling Haaland bagged City’s only goal in a 1-1 draw in 2023/24.
