Aston Villa are predicted to qualify for the knockout stages of the Europa League with ease after their win over Maccabi Tel Aviv on Thursday.

Villa were massive favourites heading into the Europa League match on Thursday, which came as no surprise given the quality of two sides’ squads.

Unai Emery then went on to triumph in Villa’s 2-0 win over Maccabi Tel Aviv at Villa Park, in a game largely dominated by the Villans.

With Villa’s shock 2-1 defeat to Go Ahead Eagles long forgotten and another win under his belt, Emery has edged one step closer to lifting European silverware this season.
