Adam Wharton is a doubt for Crystal Palace’s meeting with Albion.
His manager Oliver Glasner admitted the midfielder looked “rusty” during the win over AZ Alkmaar.
Wharton played the final 30 minutes of the 3-1 Conference League victory after recovering from an illness that had kept him out of recent wins over Liverpool and Brentford.

However, Glasner said he was not entirely happy with the England midfielder’s fitness during his brief appearance and there is a chance he may not be available to start at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
Palace have less than 72 hours between the two fixtures.
Glasner, who took Ismaila Sarr off to protect him for Sunday’s showdown, said: “He’s still feeling his chest is not completely free. Sometimes you need to cough it out. I hope this will happen now.

“Let’s see. It was good for him to play 30 minutes. For me he felt a little bit rusty at the beginning, moving a little bit slow.
“That’s why we wanted him to play these 30 minutes because he can recover in these next two days.
“It was important for him to raise his heart frequency and get a little bit of intensity. He did better and better during the game.

Glasner has an almost fully-fit squad to choose from after they came through their European exploits unscathed.
He said: “A few knocks, Marc (Guehi) had a knock at the end but he’s fine.
“At the moment it looks like all players who were involved (on Thursday) will be available.”
