The Raiders are on the verge of missing the playoffs once again this season. There are a lot of Las Vegas fans who are not happy with owner Mark Davis. They have not made the playoffs since the 2021 NFL season, and the Raiders have only made the playoffs twice since the 2006 NFL season.

With the Raiders on the verge of missing the playoffs for the fourth straight season, there are a lot of fans who will want changes once again once the 2025 NFL season ends. A lot of Las Vegas fans believe that Davis needs to sell the team.

It is interesting that the Raiders maybe making wholesale changes again once the season ends. The Pete Carroll and Geno Smith moves have not worked out for them.
