Former footballer turned pundit Gary Lineker doesn’t want Moises Caicedo to be compared to former Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante.
Caicedo has once again been in superb form at the start of the season, and has scored four goals including a brilliant strike against Liverpool.
Enzo Maresca believes Caicedo is one of the top two midfielders in the world, and the Ecuadorian is now getting the recognition his performances deserve.

The debate doing the rounds recently has been about who is better out of Ecuador international and Arsenal star Declan Rice with both players at the top of their game.
Claude Makelele recently claimed Caicedo is better than Rice, but Lineker has found it more difficult to pick between the pair.

“OK, slightly different. I mean, Declan Rice for me at the moment is breathtaking what he’s doing. But so is Caicedo,” he told The Rest is Football.
Micah Richards then jumped in and praised Caicedo’s performance against Tottenham and compared him to Kante, which Lineker didn’t like.
“Did you see Caicedo winning the ball back for the goal against Spurs? He’s like Kante? What’s he doing there?” Richards said.
Lineker jumped in and said:
“Oh, come on, come on. No, you’re getting carried away. No, we can’t go into N’Golo at this moment.”
Chelsea’s running low on midfield options
Midfield is arguably Chelsea’s strongest area of the squad, but the Blues are now down to just three fit midfielders in Caicedo, Enzo Fernandez and Andrey Santos.
