Hallmark’s new Buffalo Bills holiday movie to have free cast meet-and-greet next week

Buffalo Bills fans, mark your calendars! The Hallmark Channel is bringing the stars of its upcoming holiday flick “Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story” to West Seneca for a free meet-and-greet event next week.

The public will be able to meet members of the film’s cast on Friday, Nov. 14, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Annie’s Hallmark in the Southgate Plaza, located at 1046 Union Rd.

Stars Andrew Walker, Benjamin Ayres, Caroline Aaron, Holland Roden, Matthew Daddario, and Wes Brown are all scheduled to appear. However, Hallmark notes that the event is first come, first serve and that talent appearances could be subject to change.

“Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story” was filmed entirely at locations in and around Buffalo, including at Orchard Park stadium.

In May, Bills’ player Damar Hamlin first announced that the team would be featured in the new TV movie. “We’re so excited to celebrate our team, our fans and shout out to Bills Mafia and our shared love for football and Hallmark Christmas movies. Go Bills. Let’s go,” Hamlin said in a video at the time.

“Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story” follows the love story between pediatric doctor Morgan Quinn and Gabe DeLuca, the Bills’ VP of Stadium Development. These longtime family friends share a deep passion for the Bills, and their connection deepens as Morgan tries to uncover the identity of an anonymous gift-giver who has been sending her Uncle Tommy Christmas presents for over 60 years. With the help of her Bills’ Mafia friends, Morgan and Gabe uncover the benefactor’s identity while discovering their feelings for each other.

This is Hallmark’s second Christmas movie in partnership with the NFL after releasing “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story” last year.

“Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story” will premiere on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 8 p.m. ET on the Hallmark Channel and will be available to stream on Hallmark Plus the next day.
