The Chicago Bears have played a total of eight games under head coach Ben Johnson and now find themselves sitting with a 5-3 record halfway through the season. A team that's had some highs and lows, the roster, despite being plagued with injuries, has found a way to get the job done and keep winning games.
Heading into week 10, the Bears have won the same amount of games as the division rival Detroit Lions. Were the playoffs to begin today, Chicago would be just one game out of a playoff spot, being the eighth seed.
With a solid start to the season so far, the question of what this team can accomplish heading into November and December. With the tougher part of the schedule coming up, a continued win streak could guarantee the Bears a spot in the postseason.
