This season, Moore has over 1,700 yards passing and 19 touchdown passes as the Ducks currently sit with the sixth ranking in the AP college football poll ahead of Week 11. Despite all the success that Moore and his team are having though, college football insider Todd McShay believes that it’s not a lock the Oregon star enters the 2026 NFL Draft.

McShay reported Friday that NFL scouts have told him they expect Moore to return to Oregon in 2026 as another season could give the Detroit, Michigan native another chance to improve his game before making the leap to the next level.
Based on current mock drafts, many view Moore as a potential top 10 pick in the draft but with other quarterbacks emerging this season like Ty Simpson and Fernando Mendoza it’s tough to predict if the Oregon star will throw himself into that mix.

The potential players entering the 2027 NFL Draft include Texas Longhorns star Arch Manning, Ohio State receiver Jeremiah Smith and Alabama wideout Ryan Williams, among others.
