The (3-5) Houston Texans play against the (5-3) Jacksonville Jaguars at NRG Stadium for Week 10 of the regular season. Every game is a must-win moving forward, as a victory would keep Houston alive in the AFC Playoff Picture, where they are currently ninth, while a loss puts them in a deeper hole. However, it will be more challenging this week since C.J. Stroud is out and the offensive line is banged up.

Tytus Howard suffered a concussion in the second quarter of Week 9 and did not return for the remainder of the game. The star right tackle was unable to practice this week, a concerning development regarding his availability for Week 10. Howard is arguably the team’s best offensive lineman, and they cannot afford for him to miss time.

According to Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2, the Texans have already ruled Tytus Howard out for Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. This will be his first regular-season game missed this season and the twelfth over the past three years. Meanwhile, former second-round pick Blake Fisher is expected to start at right tackle.

Ed Ingram suffered an apparent knee injury in the second quarter but returned for the second half. The former Minnesota Viking sat out this week, causing the Texans to rule him out. As a result, former second-round pick Juice Scruggs is set to start at right guard, while Laken Tomlinson will handle left guard duties, as a rotation is highly unlikely.
