The Washington Wizards lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers, 148-114 on Friday night at Capital One Arena.
Like most games this season, this game wasn’t a contest. Washington was outscored every quarter. While both the Wizards and Cavaliers shot about the same percentage, the Cavaliers forced the Wizards to commit 20 turnovers and scored 32 points off of them. They also grabbed a really high 25 offensive rebounds!
For the Cavaliers, Donovan Mitchell led with 24 points and Darius Garland added 20 more. For the Wizards, CJ McCollum led with 25 points and made 6-of-13 three pointers. Alex Sarr added 20 points and Tre Johnson added 18 more.
