There is a real togetherness amongst the Bournemouth team, which was demonstrated when Alex Scott received his first call up to the England senior squad on Friday.
The entire squad applauded the 22-year-old when the news was announced, and Scott then thanked his teammates for ‘making this happen’.
Iraola said that unity is key for a team of Bournemouth’s stature, aiming to fight in the top half of the Premier League.

“For me, this is key in a team like ours that we want to compete at this level,” he told the Daily Echo.
“This is very important. This will give you points at the end of the season.
“I feel there is also some like, we are not just happy for him, it’s just happy for everyone.
“We’ve played well, so some people have been watching our players and they decided, okay, Alex is good enough or Veljko [Milosavljevic], is good enough to go with Serbia.
“I think there is a collective part that I think is very important that I'm sure his teammates will be watching if he plays any minute and I think it's nice.”
