**Lucas Paqueta is flourishing under Nuno and long may that continue for West Ham.**

“Paqueta was back to his brilliant best against Newcastle and a performance like that has been long overdue from our Brazilian maestro,” stated Ex.
“When he first arrived at the club we had a real player on our hands and who can forget his assist for Bowen in the European final but for too long his performances have not been consistent enough.
“As fans we cut him the excuse that he had all the betting scandal on his shoulders but now there is no such excuse.
“The perfomance last Sunday was exactly what we should now expect from him and if he can deliver that sort of level each week he will pull us up out of the relegation zone and hopefully with a respectable finish to the season.”
