Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts

It’s only right that the NFL’s touchdown leader is the most likely player to score a touchdown in Week 10, with -320 odds to find the end zone when the Indianapolis Colts face the Atlanta Falcons in Berlin, Germany on Sunday morning.

Taylor and the Indianapolis offense looked unstoppable this season until the Steelers defense stepped up to stifle them in Week 9, limiting the star running back to a season-low 45 rushing yards.

Prior to Week 9, Taylor scored 10 touchdowns in four weeks.

James Cook, RB, Buffalo Bills

Cook leads all NFL running backs with 108.4 rushing yards per game this year, and tied-for-fourth with his quarterback Josh Allen with seven rushing touchdowns.

In Week 10, Cook and the Bills travel to face AFC East division foe the Miami Dolphins, who have done little to stop opposing running backs this season. As a result, Buffalo’s running back is -195 to score a touchdown.

In eight career games against Miami, Cook has scored seven total touchdowns.

Christian McCaffrey, RB, San Francisco 49ers

McCaffrey has carried the 49ers’ offense without the likes of Brock Purdy, George Kittle, and Brandon Aiyuk for large stretches this season. The 2023 Offensive Player of the Year leads his team in total rushing yards (596), receiving yards (626) and touchdowns (eight).

In five career games against the Rams, McCaffrey has six total touchdowns, including four on the ground and two through the air.
