Renée Slegers said she was proud of our performance against Chelsea but frustrated that we didn't get all three points in front of our supporters at Emirates Stadium.
We fell behind early to Alyssa Thompson's effort but managed to find the equaliser in the 87th minute through Alessia Russo's fine finish.
We had two goals ruled out in the second half through Stina Blackstenius and Frida Maanum, and speaking after the game, Renée felt we should've come away from a packed N5 with a victory.
She said: "What I'm positive about is how we come back and how we grow into the game, how we dominate so many parts of the game today. I think there's a lot of individual performances that are really good.
"We stand strong as a team. We come back in adversity, we keep on believing. We wanted another one, we wanted three points, so I'm disappointed."

Report: Arsenal Women 1-1 Chelsea](https://www.arsenal.com/fixture/women/2025-Nov-08/women-2-1-chelsea-women-match-report?utm_source=arsenaldotcom&utm_medium=embedded-article&utm_campaign=news)
The equaliser was made by substitute Maanum, who won possession before picking out Russo with a superb cross. She was one of five substitutes who made a big difference as we drove for an equaliser, and Renée was delighted with the whole squad's input.
She said: "We do things as a team, as a squad. You have players starting for us today, working really hard and then we have players coming on in the second half. I think what's so good is how we keep on playing to each other's strengths.
"When things change, we make five changes in the second half, we keep on adjusting and we did that really well. As individuals but also as a team, we did a lot of really good things today."
North London Forever rang out at the start of the contest and in front of over 56,000 supporters today, Renée was feeling the love as they roared us on all the way to the finish.
"I always get goosebumps with North London Forever," our manager said. "It's amazing and it's forever with me. It brings so much energy and I think what the fans brought as well was that, even with the early goal that Chelsea scored, they kept on believing as well.
"I think it's always synergy between us showing on the pitch that there's something to believe in and the fans feeling that back to us and being really loud. I think that was fantastic in the second half between fans and players."
