The fourth-round pick out of Arizona State joined the modern furniture company known for embedding speakers and wireless chargers directly into their products. Lovesac calls this innovation “StealthTech” design, and they’ve previously worked with athletes including snowboarder Shaun White and Bills safety Damar Hamlin.
Skattebo promoted the partnership across social media with his signature intensity. “Run through a wall, then relax and vibe on my Lovesac StealthTech. That’s my gameplan,” the running backsaid in a video shared by both his account and Lovesac’s official channels.
His Instagram post further explained why the partnership aligns with his lifestyle. “All the way up. Lovesac Sactionals with StealthTech surround sound takes gaming and relaxation to a whole new level,” Skattebo wrote, adding a hashtag identifying himself as a Lovesac partner.
The timing couldn’t be worse for New York’s offense. Skattebo was dominating before his October 26 injury against Philadelphia ended his rookie campaign. He’d rushed for 410 yards and five touchdowns on 101 carries while adding 207 receiving yards and two receiving scores on 24 catches.
His 617 scrimmage yards led all NFL rookies, according toESPN. The chemistry between Skattebo and quarterback Jaxson Dart looked special before the injury tore them apart. Those two rookies were building something dangerous for opposing defenses.
Now the 2-7 Giants must figure out how to function without their explosive playmaker. They face 5-3 Chicago on Sunday without Skattebo’s versatility in the backfield. The Bears present a brutal matchup for a Giants defense already struggling against the run.

New York allows an NFL-worst 5.5 yards per carry, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN. The Giants have surrendered over 30 points in three consecutive games while failing to stop anyone on the ground for four straight seasons.
Chicago Ground Game Ready to Exploit New York as Cam Skattebo Recovers
Chicago’s second-ranked rushing attack should feast on New York’s defensive weaknesses.Jon Hoefling of USA Today predicts the Giants “will be unable to stop Chicago, similar to what happened against San Francisco.” Blake Schuster notes the Bears won’t need to score as much against this New York club.
The Giants enter as massive underdogs in Chicago despite Bears quarterback Ben Johnson struggling this season. New York needs an upset to salvage anything from this disappointing campaign. Without Skattebo providing explosive plays, the path to victory looks narrow.
Skattebo will motivate from the sideline while building his off-field brand. The Lovesac partnership gives him something positive to focus on during rehabilitation. His energy and personality translate well to endorsement opportunities even as a rookie.
The furniture campaign keeps Skattebo relevant while he heals. Smart athletes maximize their platform whenever possible, and this partnership shows business maturity beyond his years.
