The Milwaukee Bucks opened their NBA Cup group-stage campaign with a 126-110 victory over the Chicago Bulls at Fiserv Forum. The win halted a two-game skid for Milwaukee and saw the Bucks start Cup play on the right foot, while the Bulls hot coming in slipped slightly in the East standings.
Post game a reporter asked Turner, “What did you think of that green court?.” He replied, “Umm, I’m not mad it. It looks a lot better than yellow.”

The Bucks center turned in his best game yet as a Buck, finishing with 23 points, eight rebounds and four steals in 31 minutes. He shot efficiently (8-for-14 overall and 5-for-8 from three) and celebrated a corner three off a Giannis assist with a playful “celly,” hands-on-head like antlers.

After a rough shooting day early, Giannis exploded in the fourth quarter with 19 points on 7-for-10 shooting to help the Bucks pull away. His late burst was the difference as Milwaukee closed strong.

Chicago received 20 points from Matas Buzelis and a 16-point, seven-rebound, 14-assist night from Josh Giddey, but the Bulls couldn’t match Milwaukee’s balance and late push. The NBA Cup group stage, part of the in-season tournament that also counts in regular-season standings, continues, with eight teams advancing toward the quarter-finals and the final rounds in Las Vegas.
