**Enzo Maresca waxed lyrical over Estevao after the Brazilian had another excellent cameo off the bench in Chelsea’s 3-0 win over Wolves.**
The 18-year-old assisted [Chelsea’s](https://hayters.com/chelsea-vs-wolves-live-team-news-updates-and-reaction/) second – scored by Joao Pedro – just 68 seconds after entering the pitch. Fans have been clamouring for Estevao to start regularly for weeks now and that will only continue after his recent heroics.
On the star talent, Enzo Maresca said: “The reason why fans pay tickets is because they want to see players like Estevão, like Cole (Palmer). Because people are happy when they are on the pitch.”
Estevao has been a source of constant excitement for Blues fans since joining in the summer, and when he came off the bench he received one of the loudest roars of the night.
A football research outlet – CIES Football Observatory – this week valued Estevao at over £100 million, the second most expensive young player in world football, only behind Lamine Yamal.
Asked if he could understand the valuation, Maresca said: “You can see that, absolutely. He is top. For this club in the next five, ten years, he will be a top, top, top player.”
It was a brilliant, and much needed win for Chelsea after they [disappointingly drew 2-2 with Qarabag](https://hayters.com/garnacho-goal-secures-draw-for-chelsea-against-qarabag-in-azerbaijan/) in the Champions League in midweek.
Wolves may be bottom of the Premier League and without a win, but this victory will give Maresca’s side a huge boost going into the international break.
