Chelsea returned to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday night with a 3-0 victory over Wolves at Stamford Bridge, and temporarily moved into second place in the table as a result.
The Blues claimed all three points thanks to goals from Malo Gusto, Joao Pedro and Pedro Neto in a relatively routine performance, as they bounced back from a disappointing 2-2 draw with Qarabag in the Champions League in midweek.
But while the team claimed a comfortable win on the night, some fans were bemused by the team news before the game after it was revealed that young Brazilian superstar Estevao would be on the bench once again.
The teenager has been in and out of the side so far this season, with the manager previously stating that he is protecting the youngster by not playing him too much, but after coming on to the pitch as a substitute after the hour mark, he proved he is ready to make a big impact by getting an immediate assist for fellow countryman Pedro.
While that was enough to raise the eyebrows of some fans even further, what Pedro did during his celebration shows that the players are seemingly thinking the same thing about their manager's treatment of the forward.
Joao Pedro and Chelsea Players Want Estevao In the Team

Immediately after finding the back of the net for his fourth Premier League goal of the season, Pedro went to find the man who laid the ball on a plate for him and gestured to the crowd to give him his credit by pointing at him and holding him towards them.
While it was a sign of appreciation for a fine assist, during a game where the Chelsea wingers had struggled to beat their full-backs regularly throughout, it was also surely a message to everyone else that he wants to be playing alongside the teenager regularly.
With Cole Palmer out with a groin injury currently, the team is lacking a creative spark. Pedro Neto and Facundo Buonanotte have struggled throughout, while Jamie Gittens is still adapting to the Premier League, and Alejandro Garnacho is only just starting to find his feet with his new club.
But that right-wing position should be Estevao's to lose at this stage considering his performances and quality. The fans want to see him in the side, the players want to see him alongside them, and the opposition don't want to see him anywhere near them.
Pedro has sent the manager a message ahead of the next game against Burnley, now it's time for Maresca to take note and act.
