Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo makes ‘ I bleed green’ reaction to getting Packers gift

Milwaukee Bucks superstar forwardGiannis Antetokounmpo is having a tremendous start to his 2025-26 NBA campaign. He’s been making MVP-level noise on the court, as Milwaukeegoes 6-3 in its first nine games in the campaign.

Meanwhile, Matt LaFleur and the Green Bay Packers are also playing above .500 football in the 2025 NFL season, thus far. While the road hasn’t been so very smooth for the Bucks and the Packers in their respective campaigns, Wisconsin sports fans can still feel excited about their teams’ chances to bring home a championship.

And speaking of Antetokounmpo and the Packers, the “Greek Freak” recently got a gift from LaFleur, care of Swiss watchmaker Breitling, which is also the NFL’s official timepiece partner.

“Giannnis, I know you’re a big fan and a Breitling ambassador. Now that Breitling is an official partner of the NFL, I want to present you with the Super Chronomat Green Bay Packers Edition, so you can look good and cheer for us in style,” LaFleur said in a recorded message to Antetokounmpo (h/tAntetokounmpo’s Instagram account).

“From Milwaukee to Green Bay, focus never fades. Coach Matt LaFleur and I trust our Breitling Chronomats to keep us ready for what’s next,” Antetokounmpo wrote in his post.

In the video that Antetokounmpo uploaded, he can also be heard saying “I bleed green,” as he marveled at his new watch.

That comment could give Bucks fans even more confidence about Antetokounmpo’s chances to stay with Milwaukee until he retires from the NBA. Antetokounmpo is still under contract with Milwaukee until at least the end of the 2026-27 season, with a player option worth $62.7 million yet to be decided on.
