Packers see major Saquon Barkley, AJ Brown development before Week 10 against Eagles

Two NFC heavyweights are on a collision course, with theGreen Bay Packers scheduled to hostthe reigning Super Bowl champions Philadelphia Eagles at Lambeau Field for Week 10’s edition of Monday Night Football.

It is an intriguing matchup for a number of reasons. One big narrative surrounding this contest is the Packers’ desire to score some measure of revenge against the team that eliminated them from the NFL playoffs last season. That’s not to mention the fact that Green Bay also lost to the Eagles in Brazil during Week 1 of the 2024 campaign.

Furthermore, the statuses of a couple of Eagles stars are also being monitored, with running back Saquon Barkley and wide receiver AJ Brown showing up recently on Philadelphia’s injury report.

Barkley hurt his groin in Philadelphia’s Week 8 game against the New York Giants, but he’s reportedly practiced in full already, heading into the meeting with Green Bay. Brown, on the other hand, missed the Giants game because of a hamstring issue, but like Barkley, has managed to practice in full on Thursday.

Philly’s bye in Week 9 was timely for both players regarding their chances to play against Green Bay, which also has some injuries to deal with.

Offensive tackle Zach Tom, wide receivers Savion Williams, Matthew Golden and Dontayvion Wicks are all questionable, while cornerback Nate Hobbs and defensive end Lukas Van Ness are ruled out for the date with the Eagles.

Green Bay wide receiver Matthew Golden (0) runs onto the field before the game against the Carolina Panthers on Nov. 2, 2025, at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wis.
