Analyst Predicts 1 NFL Team Will Make Historic Super Bowl Run

To say that this Baltimore Ravens season has been disappointing would be a massive understatement. Nevertheless, they still have plenty of opportunities to straighten the course of the ship.

They made some moves to fix their ailing defense, and they’re a well-coached team with plenty of talent on offense. With the second half of the season still ahead of them, it might not be wise to give up on this team.

That’s why NFL analyst Dan Parr still believes they’re going to make the playoffs. More than that, he still likes their chances of going all the way and winning the Super Bowl:

“Ravens over Eagles,” Parr wrote. “I’m sticking with my preseason prediction. The Ravens make a historic comeback, going from 1-5 to Super Bowl champions by peaking at the best possible time.”

The Ravens certainly have the talent to pull this off. They have a perennial MVP candidate in Lamar Jackson, who’s played as well as always whenever he’s been healthy enough to suit up.

Also, having him back on the field should help the struggling Derrick Henry finally find some momentum this season. He hasn’t been much of a factor out of the backfield, but he’s still Derrick Henry.

That being said, the Ravens need to close out games, and that has always been an issue during the John Harbaugh era. Sometimes, it feels like no lead is safe.

Moreover, they haven’t fared well against other Super Bowl contenders, such as the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills, this season. And while they certainly have everything they need to be the last team standing in the AFC, history isn’t necessarily on their side in the playoffs.
