The Cleveland Browns biggest news with the inactive list was that two starting rookies players, linebacker Carson Schwesinger and tight end Harold Fannin are active after being listed as questionable on Friday.
Schwesinger suffered a high ankle sprain against the Patriots in the final game before the bye week. He did not practice until Friday of this week. Fannin missed Thursday with a hamstring injury, but returned to practice on Friday.
Schwesinger leads the defense with 64 tackles, while Fannin leads the Browns in receptions with 38.
Wide receiver Isaiah Bond (foot) and offensive tackle Cornelius Lucas (back) were ruled out prior to Sunday. Bond was ruled out on Friday, while Lucas was scratched on Saturday.
The other inactive players on Sunday are running back Raheim Sanders, tight end Brenden Bates, and guard Zak Zinter.
On Saturday, the Browns activated wide receiver Cedric Tillman from injured reserve and signed safety Christopher Edmonds to the active roster from the practice squad. Tillman will not have an injury status for Sunday's game.
Tillman appeared in the first four games this season and recorded 11 receptions for 106 yards and two touchdowns. He sustained a hamstring injury at Detroit and was placed on injured reserve on Sept. 30 and was designated for return on Nov. 3.
Edmonds (6-2, 210) is officially in his first NFL season out of Arizona State. Originally signed by the Browns as an undrafted free agent in 2024, Edmonds has appeared in two career games. Edmonds will wear No. 41.
