Buffalo Bills Secondary Hit With Crushing Blow for Week 10

Buffalo Bills cornerback Christian Benford has battled a groin injury early in the season, but has managed to play every game so far. He recently experienced a setback during practice, resulting in him being limited on Wednesday, sitting out on Thursday, and being limited again on Friday. As a result, the Bills listed Benford as questionable for Week 10 against the Miami Dolphins.

Christian Benford tried to play as he worked out during pre-game warm-ups, but the team is playing it safe. The Bills released their inactive players list a little while ago, ruling out seven players for the game against the Miami Dolphins. The bad news is that Benford was among the seven players and will miss his first game of the season.

Taron Johnson suffered a groin injury during Friday’s practice, resulting in him missing Week 9 against the Kansas City Chiefs. The elite slot cornerback sat out Wednesday and was limited on Thursday and Friday, officially carrying a questionable tag. The Bills also ruled Johnson out, and the defense must count on Tre’Davious White and Maxwell Hairston on the outside and Cam Lewis in the slot.
