Man Utd boss Ruben Amorim has confirmed that Benjamin Sesko suffered a knee injury during the 2-2 draw against Tottenham on Saturday.
The Slovenian was forced off before the end of the game, despite coming on as a second-half substitute, having replaced Noussair Mazraoui on the hour mark. Speaking about the striker’s fitness in his post-match interview, Amorim said:
“I have no idea. Because it’s the knee, we never know. I’m concerned with the injury because it’s in the knee.”
“We need Ben to be a better team. We have to check everything; we have to check what has happened with Ben.”
