Real Madrid were held to a goalless draw by Rayo Vallecano away at Estadio de Vallecas on Sunday, meaning they are now without a win in two matches.
The visit to Vallecas is never easy for any player or team in La Liga, and it was the same for Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr. yesterday.
The Brazilian, as has become customary in his recent visits to Vallecas, was targeted by opposition fans with boos and whistles from the stands.
Vinicius hits back
Booed from the very first moment and every time he touched the ball, the Brazilian tried to stay composed, but in the end the tension got the better of him and he once again made headlines for his behaviour.

At one point, after moving close to the sideline and receiving the usual insults from the stands, as captured by Movistar+ cameras, he walked away laughing and repeatedly said: “They paid to see me.”
That was not the only incident. Movistar+ also shared a video recorded as the players were heading to the dressing room at half-time, in which Vinicius could be seen having a go at Alvaro Garcia of Rayo, calling him “terrible”.

Vinicius has been under the scanner since his outburst at Xabi Alonso over his substitution during Real Madrid’s win over Barcelona in the Clasico.
Despite the team’s disappointing performance and result on Sunday, the Brazilian international was one of the players who emerged with some credit, especially given the way he played in the first half.
However, Alonso and Real Madrid expect and need more from the 25-year-old forward, who has not looked at his best for a while now.
