EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Myles Garrett took it upon himself to console fellow defensive end Cam Thomas after a critical error with the game on the line.

With 58 seconds left in the game and the Browns trailing 27-20, Thomas jumped offsides on fourth and 5 to give the Jets a first down and prevent the Browns from having a chance to win or tie the game.
