As you can see, there’s only one Blue in the mix – Moises Caicedo, who has been getting superb praise for his efforts this season. His performance against Tottenham two weeks ago was spectacular, but he’s had plenty of great games this season.
The next best rated Blue, interestingly, is Joao Pedro, in 13th place with an average rating of 7.21. He’s actually been talked about pretty negatively after a barren run, but that goal at the weekend will have boosted him up the rankings.
The third and final Blue in the top 20 is Trevoh Chalobah, in 20th. He’s also not been talked about enough as one of the better performers in our squad this season so far. He’s the 5th highest rated centre back in the league this season.
In other news…
It wasn’t all good news for Chelsea – several players have question marks over their fitness after the game last night, and Enzo Maresca gave an update on all of them.
Joao Pedro had a good game for the Blues, thriving with the help of Liam Delap up top and scoring a nice goal. His stats showed a much improved player in this setup.
