NFL fans have been bringing in mixed reactions to President Donald Trump’s latest interview with Fox Sports at the Lions-Commanders game. President Trump was in the box with Jonathan Vilma and Kenny Albert during the third quarter of the game and even managed to give a few quips about the Commanders’ quarterback situation.

“I will say that your second-string, your backup quarterback, is a good quarterback and he’s had some very good games for you. And your first-string quarterback has the potential to be a great quarterback. He’s got to stop the injuries somehow.”President Donald Trump said.

NFL fans were clearly impressed with President Donald Trump’s recent Fox Sports interview over the weekend. The POTUS made history with his administration as he attended a regular season game as President, breaking an absence of almost fifty years.

President Donald Trump has been giving plenty of importance to football as a game ever since he became POTUS for the second time. One of his first official public outings after being sworn in was the Super Bowl LIX between the Chiefs and the Eagles, much to the delight of the crowd.

This latest appearance at the Lions-Commanders game definitely added to his aura points, since NFL fans definitely loved every bit of it. President Trump’s presence at the game was also significant for the Commanders, since the POTUS has been pulling many strings to ensure that the team’s massive new stadium is built.
