Michael Strahan and Terry Bradshaw agree the Los Angeles Rams look to be the team to beat in the NFC this year, even if the former offered up an argument for the sake of it on FOX NFL Sunday.

Sunday saw the Rams rout the San Francisco 49ers 42-26 to move to 7-2 on the year, as they look to keep pace with the Seattle Seahawks, who are also 7-2, at the top of the NFC West. Quarterback Matthew Stafford, who Bradshaw believes is the NFL MVP so far this season, continued his superb performances of late, throwing four touchdown passes against San Francisco.

Elsewhere, Aaron Rodgers offered up his thoughts on his future following the Pittsburgh Steelers' defeat to the Los Angeles Chargers, while fans watching the Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders game were subjected to Donald Trump's live commentary of their clash from the FOX Sports broadcast booth.

Through 10 weeks of action this season, Stafford leads the NFL in passing touchdowns with 25, with the next closest to him being Jared Goff on 20.

Stafford has thrown just two interceptions this season, with the Rams currently looking as one of the best, if not the best, teams in a stacked NFC that also includes the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles, the Seahawks, Lions (6-3), Green Bay Packers (5-2-1) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-3).

Asked for who they believe is currently the best team in the NFC, Bradshaw and Strahan were seemingly in agreement before the latter offered up an argument of his own for the sake of it.

“I’m gonna say the Rams," said Bradshaw on FOX.

Matthew Stafford #9 of the Los Angeles Rams looks to pass in the second quarter of a game against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi's Stadium on November 09, 2025 in Santa Clara, California.

"I love the way they’re playing. Matthew Stafford, right now, would be, with Taylor, the running back for the Colts, running for MVP of the league. Right now, the Rams are incredible."

Strahan added: "That would’ve been the first one in my mind. But I mean, you’ve got to knock the champ off. Philly."

The Rams and Eagles faced off earlier this season during Week 3, with the latter coming out on top 33-26. However, during that game, Los Angeles led at half-time 19-7, before Philadelphia produced a fierce comeback.

The Eagles scored 26 points in the second half, in what was arguably their best performance of the season so far. And given they also faced off in the postseason last year, in a game that saw the Eagles survive a late scare against the Rams, the two could be destined to meet in the playoffs again this season.

However, both teams are set to be tested in their next two games. Philadelphia is set to take on Green Bay at Lambeau Field on 'Monday Night Football', before returning home to welcome the Lions to Lincoln Financial Field.

Meanwhile, the Rams welcome the Seahawks to SoFi Stadium next Sunday before following that up with a clash against the Buccaneers.
