Leeds United have a fight on their hands to stay out of the relegation zone as a daunting run of games looms after the November international break.
United’s form since returning from the October break has been really alarming. Four games against sides struggling for consistent form presented us with an opportunity for points on the board.
A win at home to West Ham brought the only points for Leeds in that four-game stretch, leaving us a point outside the bottom three.

The latter was alarming because it’s a side that have been poor all season so far and are in the bottom three, thus closing the gap to Daniel Farke’s side.
Wins for Forest and West Ham at the weekend shakes up the probabilities of who is most likely to get relegated. BBC Football relayed Opta’s latest breakdown of the sides most likely to be relegated. United are ‘expected’ to finish in the bottom three:
Club Relegation possibility (%) Actual League Position
Wolves 91% 20th
Burnley 51% 17th
Leeds United 48% 16th
Nottingham Forest 39% 19th
West Ham 39% 18th
Leeds United surely forced into uncomfortable decision on Daniel Farke
Looking to this international break, the time has surely come where the 49ers re-think their stance on Farke as manager.
They rightly backed him in the summer, and the opening run of games and performances suggested Farke was repaying their faith.
However, since October, Leeds’ performance levels have dropped off a cliff and confidence as a result is shrinking.
Given the run of games going forward, it’s hard to see where Farke gets results from unless our form turns drastically. Perhaps it’s time for a new manager to give Leeds a kick up the backside.
