Everton are predicted to have another unimaginative season after their 2-0 victory over Fulham.

The Toffees once again went into the international break on a high as they beat Fulham at the Hill Dickinson Stadium thanks to goals from Idrissa Gueye and Michael Keane.

However, a boring end to the season is still predicted by Opta, with the supercomputer on 10 November backing the Toffees to finish 13th.

This would be the same position Everton finished last season, with David Moyes only just ending their winless run.

Everton have a 3.15% chance of qualifying for Europe

After the international break, Everton face a terrible run of fixtures that is sure to worry Moyes.

MORE TOFFEES STORIES

Calls for the Scotsman to get sacked were starting to take pace until their victory on the weekend.

Many Everton fans have dreamed of a return to European football, something they were tipped to do after their great start to the new campaign.

However, after their recent drop-off, Opta believes they only have a 3.15 per cent chance of reaching this goal.

Everton have been given a 1.41 per cent chance of qualifying for the Champions League

Europa League qualification stands at a 1.74 per cent chance

Everton’s odds of winning the Premier League are now 0.00 per cent

In comparison, the odds of relegation currently sit at 5.31 per cent.

Nevertheless, the Toffees are expected to finish on 48.23 points and remain 13th in the table.

Attacking underperformance letting Everton down

As it stands, Opta believe Everton should actually be 11th in the table.

One of the biggest reasons why they are not currently there is because of their inability to convert their chances.

To date, the Toffees have the fourth-worst xG-to-goals ratio in the Premier League at -2.76.

Therefore, it remains to be seen if Moyes can bring in a new striker in January to solve this problem and shoot Everton back up the table.
