The Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints are the only teams that will be on a bye during Week 11. Still, with injuries mounting across the league, some fantasy managers might be having problems filling out their lineups. Let’s go to the waiver wire for some reinforcements. We’ll highlight two wide receivers and one running back among our five Week 11 fantasy football sleepers that you should target to help your team.
Despite only receiving four carries in the Cardinals’ lopsided loss to the Seahawks in Week 10, Demercado ran for 64 yards. He also caught three of his four targets for 40 yards. He is averaging a whopping 9.0 yards per carry, while fellow Cardinals running back Bam Knight is averaging 3.3 yards per carry. Knight also injured his ankle against the Seahawks, so Demercado could be primed for a hefty workload against the 49ers in Week 11.
Already thin at wide receiver, the Raiders traded Jakobi Meyers to the Jaguars. In the first game without him, Lockett caught five of six targets for 44 yards. He has a relationship with Geno Smith from their time together with the Seahawks, so he could remain in a prominent role versus a Cowboys team that has given up the fourth-most passing yards per game in the league.
Schultz was in this column last week and he didn’t disappoint. In the Texans’ comeback win over the Jaguars, he caught seven of 11 targets for 53 yards and one touchdown. That marked the third time over the last four games that he has at least eight targets and six receptions. Schultz could produce another juicy stat line against the Titans, who have given up 28.6 points per game.
The Dolphins use Washington as a wide receiver, to return kickoffs, and they occasionally give him carries. While he only had nine receiving yards and four rushing yards against the Bills last week, he recorded a touchdown for the second time over his last three games. Prior to that, he had finished with at least four receptions in four of his last five games. He has some upside in a Week 11 matchup against the Commanders, who have given up the second-most passing yards per game in the league.
The Steelers will play the Bengals in Week 11. The Bengals have been terrible against tight ends, giving up 12 touchdowns to the position. No other team has allowed more than seven touchdowns to tight ends. When Smith faced them in Week 7, he caught three of six targets for 28 yards and a touchdown. If Schultz is already gone in your league, Smith is another tight end to target.
